UPadvanced production pallets for Hess machines represent the next generation of wooden pallets for the concrete block industry. They combine the proven advantages of wood with a special hard plastic surface layer, made of wood-plastic composite (WPC).
The pallet surface is coated with a durable hard plastic layer that effectively protects the wood against wear, moisture, and abrasion. At the same time, the advanced bonding technology creates a monolithic connection between the plastic layer and the wooden core, preventing delamination and ensuring long-term structural integrity under continuous production loads.
The wooden core is made of precisely selected planks with predominantly vertical annual rings, which significantly reduces pallet deflection under load. This construction ensures high stiffness, dimensional stability, and consistent performance, even in intensive vibration processes on Hess concrete block machines.
